My emails are getting shorter

My emails are getting shorter and meaner by the hour. I’m tired of telling people the same thing. What part of “this will be ready by the end of the day” didn’t people understand. Is noon “end of the day”? No. Is it 1, 2, 3? No. It’s 4:30 pm.
