Yesterday I reached a milestone at the gym. I was given a card for a free drink. It sounds stupid, but it’s the first reward. You get that when you reach 15,000 points (calculated by the amount of weight you lift plus minutes of cardio - about 1 point per 10 pounds and 5 points per minute of cardio). I am now averaging about 2,000 points a week.
The next milestone is 30,000 points. I’m not sure what the freebie is.
