My brother the spyMy brother lives in Valencia, Spain but that’s about the extend of what I know. I’m not sure what he does for a living. When you ask him what he does he says that he does “logistics for the postal service”. All I know is that he has an office, travels, gives presentations and stuff like that But I think he is lying. I think he is a spy like James Bond and the postal service thing is a cover. By morning he is a mild-mannered postal service employee. But by night, he is a danger-loving, spanish spy hat wearing, super secret spy. He fights crime commited by evildoers and other infidels. I even made a drawing to show you what he may look like when he is protecting the innocents from the scum of the Earth. As you know, I can make other pictures, just request them. I’m feeling artsy today.
Cheese Nips artI made a drawing to declare my love for Cheese Nips. I can make other drawings upon request, you can post them as comments. Magically deliciousI had forgotten how magically delicious Cheese Nips are. I could eat Cheese Nips everyday. Fiery discolored stool-filled waterThere are so many things with the following email that was just sent to all the users at work. Today from 10:30 am until noon, the Hays Fire Department will be on campus testing fire hydrants. This may cause the water pressure to drop enough to set off the fire alarms (especially in Tomanek Hall and Sheridan Hall). If the fire alarm does go off, do not evacuate the building, but please call the Physical Plant, to make sure we know about it. Following the testing, you may notice some discoloration of water. The water will still be safe to use. Even with some discoloration, potable water will be safe to drink. Flushing will take place to clear up the discoloration. If you notice stools that flush continuously following this testing, please call the Physical Plant. Thanks!
Tag boardI have added a tag board to the left column. It allows you to leave a general message and in a way chat with whoever else may be here. Like with most that I implement on my site, it’s an experiement that will probably dissapear in a few days if I don’t see any use. So feel free to give it a shot.
AdulthoodI am actually excited about possibly changing long distance plans tomorrow. I found an SBC long distance plan that I think will suit me just right. Is this what adulthood is all about? Will I consistently get excited about trivial things such as changing long distance, buying a microwave or that neat piece of art I came across? Hello neighbors!I’m going to have two new neighbors. No, I’m not moving (yet) but since I decided to move my site to a Movable Type site, I also went ahead and joined a movable type webring. I’m not sure if it will do anything for this site, since it’s mostly just personal thoughts and observations, but heck, why not? So I signed up. See that cryptic « ? MT # » on the left column? That’s what will let you navigate through the webring. I hope to have nice neighbors. The guy to my right said that he is using a different weblog system, so he will probably not be in the ring for long. That means I’ll be getting a new “right” neighbor one of these days. The guy on the left hasn’t posted in about a week, but I do like his site design, so I look forward to what he has to say. Hello neighbors!
Will & Grace on DVDFor the longest time I have been telling people how much I would love to see Will & Grace on DVD. Well, I have finally come across the news. Will & Grace will be coming out on DVD on August 12. That’s 10 days after my birthday. (hint hint) A happy boy is me.
