Get to the point, people!

Maybe I’m just being cranky today, but I hate it when people email me about a problem that they are having with a server and they go on and on with all kind of useless talk.

Just tell me what the problem is in 2 to 5 setences and leave it at that. It’s not unknown for me to start reading a novel, close the email and say “I don’t have the energy to read this, maybe later this afternoon.”
