I’ve been very busy at work for the last 3 weeks. It was taking a toll on me. Naturally I was not physically tired, I was mentally tired, but it was getting to me and my health. I’ve been so tired everyday that I’ve even had to skip the gym because I just couldn’t do it. People at work kept asking me what was wrong. I was just exhausted and feeling like crap, every single day.
Last night I got in bed at 9 pm. I actually moaned when I got in and said, out loud, “oooh, this feels so good.” Thankfully no one heard me.
I watched TV for about 1 hr and I fell sleep shortly before 10 pm until 10 am this morning.
I finally feel rested. No more grumpy David.
