Panther

Today I went in geek mode and installed the latest version of Mac OS X, Panther.

I wasn’t sure what to expect. I didn’t think it’d be that great. I wasn’t very excited about it. But as a geek, I pre-ordered it and installed it.

I was surprised. I’m not sure if it makes my system faster (I think it does, but it may be in my head). It has a lot of good little improvements, new eye candy, etc.

It’s actually a great upgrade. It makes OS X feel mature and definitely ready for primetime.
