Pies recipe

Declan said “And where, pray tell, did you get the recipe?” on a comment to my previous entry.

I should say that we got the recipe from Declan himself. Cook extraordinare. Do keep in mind this: 1 tbsp of salt is not the same as 1 tsp of salt (a mistake we made the first time we used his excellent recipe.)

I’d post it here, but I don’t have it with me. So I’ll just tell people that it’s my own secret recipe passed on from generation to generation.
