Remembering Special X

And Special X is gone.

How did they go? Well, they played segments featuring Generalisimo Ortega, the “person” in charge of Special X, and music in between.

What songs did they play? Mickey Mouse’s “now it’s time to say goodbye”, “the way we were” sung off key by some guy, Monty Python’s “always look on the bright side of life”, and the last song was “somewhere over the rainbow” by some punk band.

Generalismo Ortega’s story was interesting. He was in the middle of a battle. He thought he could get away through the escape hatch. But then he finds out that it’s broken. So he tries to find places (other channels) for all of his music to go to. Then….. it was all a dream… a dream… a dream….

And we are lead to believe that it was all a dream until the next segment where we find out that it was all really just a person reading a book to a little girl at bed time. But as the guy says goodnight to his little girl, we hear a strange accent coming out of the guy before he coughs and gets rid of the accent quickly. The guy? Generalisimo Ortega of course.

Generalismo Ortega lives. Viva la weirdolucion!
