I was made an interesting offer last week at work which I accepted and so today I became the interim director of our department at work until at least Christmas.
It is so weird to suddenly find myself being the boss in the department. People coming to me with all sorts of questions, requests, etc. It’s funny how your frame of mind can change when answering questions and you know that you are ultimately responsible for those decisions.
It’s exciting and scary. Let’s hope for the best.
