He is satisfied!

I’ve had a few extrange email exchanges with a faculty member on campus. He always likes to ask “why?” as a reply to an campus-wide emails that I send out.

The last email involved one of our servers being down. He asked why. Since I knew he was joking I sent him a picture of Cartman with a satellite dish sticking out of his ass and I said “because we need to realign the dish.”

Today I had to send out another email saying that the server in question will need to be down again at the end of the week. But this time I was proactive and I added:
“PS: Curt - The dish was obviously not aligned properly. (everyone else may ignore this comment)”

As expected, he replied. But this time he said:
“oh…thanks that explains why…..you are so helpful.”

I win!
