30 second movie reviewThis was my Thanksgiving movie list. Christmas with the Kranks - pretty funny, even with that Tim guy in it (always disliked him.)
Happy stove top day!The best part about Thanksgiving? Stove top! Stove top, great or greatest Thanksgiving side dish? (with apologies to the Colbert Report)
LadyI didn’t get to post this earlier because I’ve been busy playing with my free xbox 360, but we ended up naming the new cat Lady. No reason really. It just came out, sounded alright, and she seemed to respond to it at that moment, so she got stuck with it. Thank you for all the suggestions!
Freebie!

Happy Madonna dayToday is the release of Madonna’s latest album, Confessions on a Dance Floor. Madonna’s fantastic return to the world of dance music. To celebrate this national holiday, I’m listening to the album non-stop. Josh is skipping class and dressing up extra nice. Happy Madonna day!
Help me!I hate to fall into a blogging stereotype, blogging about one’s cat, but I need help. We have a new cat! She literally just walked into the house and did not leave. We even opened the door for her to leave a few hours later and she still wouldn’t leave and no one has claimed her or been looking for her. She has chosen us as a place to stay. She has happily been purring and climbing on every visitor for the past week. But we have a problem. She has no name. And she is starting to answer to “Beebee” which is the other cat’s name, and we can’t have that. We are looking for a name that won’t sound like “Beebee” although cats do do seem to like names that end in “e”.

X-Box 360 winnerI was walking into my house during my lunch break and a UPS guy comes up to me and hands me a package. I had no idea what it was because I have not ordered anything in a while. So once inside I opened it. It had a bunch of Mountain Dew hats and Mountain Dew t-shirts. I thought that maybe they had miss-delivered some merchandise and it had come to me by mistake somehow. Then I noticed a bunch of X-Box 360 postcards and a couple coupons for free 12-packs of Mt Dew. Then I remembered that a while back I made a few entries on that “win an X-Box 360 every 10 minutes” website. I was happy thinking that I had gotten a bunch of merchandise. But then I noticed this card in the middle of the other postcards:
I won a free X-Box 360! It will be delivered the Saturday before it’s officially available for sale. I believe that means I’ll have it on Saturday, November 19th. A winner is me!
