A while back I wrote about being taken up to the stage at Disney’s Adventurer’s Club nightclub. I love the place and now that I have a Disney World annual pass, I can go whenever I want to.
Ron and I decided to pay our favorite club a visit on Friday night and we went into the Library for one of their shows. And once again, I was selected and dragged onto the stage. This time I was asked to be the sound effects guy during a radio broadcast. I got to do the sounds of footsteps, wood breaking, a parachute, etc. I also had to participate in their “commercial” for some weird breakfast cereal they were promoting to help raise money for the club; it had a little dance and everything. I had a blast. But the best part came at the end when I was given a special pin that cannot be bought anywhere. A pin that reads “Adventurer’s Club Member”. I’m really excited I got it because this club has absolutely no merchandise that you can buy - a very un-Disney thing!
